In Falsus Demo: Songs, Versions and What Changed

The songs

à la mode FBD 11 was the hardest chart in the demo. All six songs are in the full game; their full chart data is on the song list.

Every demo version

• v0.2.0, 11 February 2026. First release, with the five songs above and the Scenario prologue. lowiro described it as “only a small glimpse” of the game.
• v0.2.1, 13 February. Fixes for a soft-lock at the end of songs, lingering Scenario audio, the results screen not loading, overlapping pause countdowns and Korean-language fonts, plus better resolution detection, save writing and memory use.
• v0.2.2, 20 February. More bug fixes. The demo joined Steam Next Fest, and on 25 February Petra Gurin, the singer on Cryogenic, streamed her first playthrough with Sakaki Ness.
• v0.3.0, 22 April. Added Deep Into The Vibe, the first playable Card Integration with two Blueprints, an early look at Encounters, and two voiced Scenario scenes centred on Mei and Iris. The fixed loadout from v0.2.0 was removed.
• v0.3.1, 11 May. Fixed the score difference showing against 0 instead of your best, jacket artists vanishing after Ghost Ray, English text appearing in Japanese Card Integration, and an oversized HUB button.

How much of the game it showed

Not much of the card system: a demo-era walkthrough found only two cards, while the menu counted 50 slots. A Reddit post on release day of the demo put its length at about 30 minutes. The demo was enough, though, for press: PC Gamer’s February preview said five songs were all its writer needed to be convinced.

Is it still available?

The last update was v0.3.1, and the full game launched on 9 September 2026. Check the Steam store page for whether the demo is still listed. What changed between the demo and 1.0 is on the patch notes page.
